Product description
The ILP series in-line centrifugal electric pumps with flanged inlet and outlet (4 poles) are designed to convey clean liquids without abrasives or suspended solids, non-explosive and non-aggressive to pump materials. Typical applications include civil and industrial installations: heating, air conditioning, cooling and circulation systems.

Performance and operating limits

• Liquid temperature: -15 °C to +90 °C (special executions available on request).
• Ambient temperature: up to 40 °C.
• Flow rate: up to 144 m3/h.
• Head: up to 90 m.
• Operating pressure: max 10 bar (PN 10).
• Average MEI: ≥ 0.4.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

• Pump body: cast iron G20 with cataphoresis treatment.
• Impeller: cast iron G20 with cataphoresis treatment; brass for sizes 40-160A and 40-160B.
• Motor bracket: cast iron G20 with anti-corrosive coating.
• Inlet/outlet flanges: according to EN 1092.
• Pump shaft: AISI 304 stainless steel.
• Mechanical seal: carbon-ceramic.
• Threaded counter flanges: galvanized steel complete with gaskets.

MOTOR
Asynchronous, squirrel-cage motors with external ventilation. Motor protection for three-phase versions must be provided by the customer; use equipment compliant with current standards.
