Description

The MFC1700 series gas mass flow controllers are designed for general-purpose non-corrosive gas flow control applications, with a full-scale mass flow rate from 50 mLn/min to 20 Ln/min. Both analog and RS485 Modbus interfaces are available. This series is built on the MFC1600 platform, with rotary switches added for offline address and communication parameter programming. It also includes a hard offset reset switch for easy operation.
