Description

The MFC2100 series gas mass flow controllers are designed for general-purpose non-corrosive gas flow control applications, with a full-scale mass flow rate up to 50 mLn/min. Both analog and RS485 Modbus interfaces are available. This series has an enhanced ingress protection of Class 65. The electronics are the same as the MFC2000 series. Both the electrical and mechanical interfaces can be customized.
