The PS series are electric immersed spindle pumps that combine the characteristics of submerged-suction centrifugal pumps and peripheral-impeller pumps to deliver high discharge pressure with relatively low power consumption. They are intended for applications requiring limited flow rates and high outlet pressures through nozzles or small passages, such as coolant delivery in machining centers where the fluid also helps detach and evacuate chips.
