Problem: During product changeover in a silo containing polymer granules, an operator climbed a crinoline ladder to the top of the silo to blow out internal dust accumulations. This manual task was hazardous (working at height, dust exposure) and unsanitary. The plant manager decided to eliminate this manual step with an automatic cleaning solution.

Solution: Installation of 3 AIRCHOC ACC0.5SP air cannons (9-litre tanks) connected to a silo blowpipe and a control panel. The system delivers controlled air blasts to dislodge internal buildups without manual intervention.

Result: The customer is very satisfied with the AIRCHOC system's efficiency. Manual cleaning at height is no longer required, reducing safety risks and lowering maintenance needs.
