Overview
STANDARD INDUSTRIE's AIRCHOC® MAINTENANCE PROGRAM is a field-oriented maintenance concept for AIRCHOC® air cannons that minimizes production downtime by providing a stocked replacement-case containing a complete mechanism for immediate on-site swap.

How the maintenance system works

• A replacement case containing a complete AIRCHOC® mechanism is kept in stock by the end user.
• When maintenance is required, the operator replaces the used mechanism with the spare mechanism from the case.
• The used mechanism is placed into the case and shipped back to STANDARD INDUSTRIE for cleaning and repair by specialized technicians.
• The refurbished replacement case is returned to the user and kept ready for the next intervention.
