Overview
Nozzles direct the air flows towards sensitive clogging zones. They are mainly installed in cement plants at the heart of the process (cooler, cyclone, smoke chamber, ducts and preheating towers). Available in high- or low-temperature versions, nozzles are used to perform cleaning in preheating towers. Depending on installation, the air from the AIRCHOC® will have a precise directional impact to reach difficult areas. Available in steel or refractory stainless steel. Outlet diameters: DN100 and DN150.

Isolator for AIRCHOC® air cannon
The AIRCHOC® isolator system allows a barrel to be isolated for safe maintenance. It protects the AIRCHOC® during special silo operations (explosive atmosphere, overpressure) and prevents product accumulation in the head or tank that can cause failures or reduced performance. The isolator can be installed on an existing nozzle between the nozzle flange and the AIRCHOC® flange. A padlock is included to permit lockout and isolate the supply. The AIRCHOC® can then be safely removed while the isolator remains connected.
