Overview
Our drum tumbler mixer DME01-Ex is ATEX certified for zones 1, 2, 21 and 22 and provides consistent homogenisation of powders and liquids in 200–220 L steel, plastic and fibreboard drums up to 300 kg. The powered end-over-end design eliminates unsafe manual mixing and supports continuous 360° rotation duty.

• ATEX 'Ex d' control enclosure suitable for gas and dust zones 1, 2, 21 and 22.
• Control panel with isolator, start/stop, home/docking (returns drum to vertical), rotation speed control, indicator lights and emergency stop.
• Compatible with 200–220 L drums; secures drums 860–1010 mm high and up to 600 mm diameter.
• Adjustable screw-top clamping bar with removable T-bar; accepts steel, plastic and fibreboard drums.
• Folding safety gates for quick loading/unloading; safety gate interlocks prevent mixing unless gates are closed and stop the unit if gates open.
• Full guarding to comply with Machinery Directive; prevents operator access during mixing.
• Optional upgrades: small-drum adapter, 304 stainless-steel construction for hygienic/clean-room use, custom mixing heads for non-standard containers.
