Product overviewDesigned for batch mixing of 25 litre plastic jerrycans commonly used in industrial environments. The head assembly accepts up to eight 25 L plastic jerrycans; secure the containers and run a mixing cycle to homogenize contents. This mains-electric unit features operator controls and is compliant with the Machinery Directive.
Key product features- Electric control system: Side-mounted control panel with start/stop, mix timer, variable RPM, docking (home) function and LED indicators. Operators set duration and speed; the home function returns jerrycans to vertical orientation for unloading.
- Head assembly: Robust head assembly configured for eight containers. Front securing bars and a top clamp hold the load; a clamp bar locks the assembly for safe mixing and is released for unloading.
- Fully compliant safety guarding: Four-sided guarding prevents operator access to rotating jerrycans during mixing in accordance with applicable machine safety standards.
- Safety gate interlock: Prevents rotation if safety gates are open; the correct stop method is the control panel stop button, with the interlock providing additional protection if gates are opened mid-cycle.
- Emergency stop: Fitted for immediate shutdown.
- Mobility: Wheels fitted for easy positioning; jacking feet supplied for secure static positioning.
Optional features- 304-grade stainless-steel construction for suitability in cleanrooms and GMP areas.
