Overview
Mix four 25 litre plastic jerrycans simultaneously with this end-over-end electric mixer. The operator loads four containers into the mixer head and secures them with a clamp-down bar and hand-operated clamp nuts. The mixer is started from the mains-powered control panel. This model is intended for small batch production and is supplied to comply with the Machinery Directive.

• Electric control system: Mains-powered control panel with start/stop, mix timer, speed (RPM) adjustment, docking function and LED indicators. Timer ensures uniform mixing; docking returns jerrycans to vertical position for unloading or sampling.
• Head assembly: Fast, tool-free loading. Four containers sit on the base plate, the clamp-down bar is placed on top and secured with two hand nuts. Mixer head can be adapted for other container sizes.
• Fully compliant safety guarding: Guarding designed to meet applicable machinery safety standards and prevent access to rotating jerrycans during operation.
• Safety gate interlock: Integrated safety relay and gate switch prevent starting with gates open and stop the mixer if gates open while running. Emergency stop provided.
• Mobility: Fitted with wheels for easy positioning; jacking feet supplied for static use.

• Available in 304 stainless steel for pharmaceutical or food production environments.
