Product overview
The DME02-Ex is an electric ATEX drum roller mixer that agitates barrel contents and provides powered tilting for safe loading and positioning. It mixes liquids, slurries, powders and granules and accepts 200–220 L steel and sealed L-ring plastic drums. Designed for continuous industrial use with ATEX-compliant electric controls for hazardous areas.

Easy loading
Operators can load drums quickly using trolleys or lifters thanks to the low-positioned baseplate, enabling direct transfer from drum handling equipment.

Pneumatic / hydraulic tilt
The powered pneumatic/hydraulic tilt reclines a vertically loaded drum to the horizontal mixing position at the push of a button, reducing manual handling risks and protecting drums and contents when handling hazardous or flammable materials.

ATEX control interface
The Ex d electric control panel manages tilting and mixing functions, offers adjustable mixing speed, visual status indicators and an emergency stop; designed to meet ATEX requirements for hazardous areas.

Drum compatibility
Compatible with 200–220 L drums including steel open-top, steel tight-head and L-ring plastic drums. Rollers support the drum side wall to limit wear.

Guarding and safety
Moving parts are enclosed within a safety enclosure and safety limit switches plus a safety relay circuit prevent operation when doors are open, complying with regulatory guarding requirements.
