Overview
The STP07-FAC01-WLC-Ex ATEX straddle stacker combines zoned-hazard compliance with integrated weighing for in-motion pallet and IBC handling. Designed for use in gas and dust zones, it enables operators to weigh, move and document loads at point of handling while maintaining intrinsic safety requirements.

Fully compliant lift system
Air-powered lift/lower control requires connection to an airline. Emergency stop buttons and blocking valves secure the load if the airline is disconnected; load remains held until airline is reconnected and lower lever operated.

ATEX / UKEX certification
Certified for gas and dust zones 1 and 2. Units are designed to ensure electrical continuity and a permanent path to ground. Supplied with a Declaration of Conformity demonstrating compliance with applicable directives and standards.

Stainless steel clad forks
Forks clad in 304-grade stainless steel to eliminate thermal-strike risk during operation. Fork width is adjustable to handle different pallet and IBC sizes.

Hot-rolled lifting channels
High-quality hot-rolled steel channels maintain stability during lifting. Each unit is load tested and supplied with a load test certificate and Declaration of Conformity.

Controllable rear-wheel steering
Ackermann rear-wheel steering provides precise directional control when lifting and moving loads. Standard wheels: 180 mm front (fixed) and 160 mm rear (tiller steered) with precision bearings. Rear adjustable park brakes keep the unit stationary when not in use.

ATEX wireless load cells (weigh scale option)
Wireless load cell system transmits data via 2.4 GHz telemetry to a handheld display. Accuracy +/- 1.25 kg, safe working load 1300 kg (600 mm load centre).
