Overview
Model STP12-FAC01-HDLC-Ex pneumatic powered stacker designed for use in ATEX / UKEX hazardous zones. Rated lift capacity 1300 kg; includes an integrated ATEX-compatible weighing system for in-operation weight recording of pallets and IBCs.

Drive and controls

• Pneumatic air-motor drive with rear drive wheel controlled by a tiller for precise manoeuvring.
• Tiller-mounted twin twist throttles provide forward/reverse motion and fine speed control for accurate placement.
• Tiller safety features include a self-righting gas ram, emergency stop button and pedestrian warning horn.

ATEX / UKEX weighing system

• Load cell head assembly integrated into the fork carriage with an ATEX-rated display mounted to the chassis for onboard weighing.

Stainless-clad forks

• Forks clad in 304-grade stainless steel to reduce potential ignition sources; cladding fitted to withstand industrial use.
