Overview
ATEX / UKEX-certified explosion-proof forked stacker designed for decanting and complete emptying of vessels and IBCs. The unit uses a pneumatic‑hydraulic lift powered by an airline to operate lift, lower and tilt functions. Controls are located on the rear panel with silicone-booted buttons; mandatory safety features include an emergency stop and hydraulic locking valves that secure the forks if the airline is disconnected.

More details
The stainless-steel cladding on the forks reduces the risk of spark generation during floor contact. If the airline is disconnected the hydraulic locks keep the forks secured and the load retained. The design enables operators to remove final material volumes from process vessels safely and with reduced manual handling.
