Overview
This stainless steel electric drum rotator is suitable for lifting and tipping 50-220 litre steel, plastic and fibreboard drums. Designed for pharmaceutical and food production facilities, the unit incorporates an electric-hydraulic power pack and control circuit to power the lift function.

Features

• Time-saving push-button electric lift: powered lift/lower protects operators from manual handling injuries and reduces task time.
• Universal segmented adjustable stainless steel band: accommodates drum diameters from 350mm to 600mm; includes 50mm stainless-steel ratchet and polyester strap.
• Adjustable rim clamp (rim-locking device): attaches to the drum top lip as a secondary security measure; fully adjustable in height; removable when using a fixed diameter band for 205L steel drums.
• Robust self-locking worm-wheel gearbox: final ratio 120:1; standard model operated manually via handle; powered rotation available as an upgrade.
• Rear-wheel Ackermann-style steering and 160mm diameter wheels with precision bearings: excellent directional control, low rolling resistance; machines fitted with park brakes; custom leg configurations available.
• Drum compatibility: handles steel, plastic and fibre drums including MAUSER drums; suitable for 50-220 litres.

• Telescopic lift (dual-mast chassis): telescopic models offer up to 2700mm lift for higher tipping clearances.
• Powered rotation: hydraulic motor to replace manual rotation handle for time-critical pouring or when handle reach is an issue.
• Powered clamping: hydraulic ram with flexible pads to clamp 50-220L drums, eliminating manual band/ rim-clamp fitting.
• Powered driving: 24V drive wheel with electric tiller and controller for moving units over longer distances on flat, level floors.
• Fixed-diameter band: over-centre band for 200-220L drums to speed securing; rim clamp not required when using the band for steel drums.
• Small drum insert: adapter for drums under 50L, fitted using two pins; very short drums may require pallet support.
