For halving and decoring of the pepper (kapia) by cutting model. Processing Capacity: up to 1500-2000 kgs/h of pepper (kapia). • Main Construction made of AISI 304 stainless steel, rolls and driving parts made of mild steel. • Halving blade has special cutting profile and fixed in the cartige. • Halving section`s Pepper feeding belt drums are driven by a motor and belt-pulley mechanism. • Decoring section`s perforated drum driven by a motorreducer and chain-sprocket mechanism. • There is also water spray nozzled tube in the perforated drum. • Overall dimensions (L*W*H): 365cm.* 100cm.* 285cm.
