It is used to cut vegetables such as potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, carrots, beets, turnips, celery, pineapple, eggplant, cucumbers, bread, seedless fruit, boneless meats and hard cheeses etc. with diameter up to 200mm into neat cubes (dices), strip cuts or slide cuts even at high production capacities.
The gap adjustment slice cutting blade cuts the product into slices first, then the circular knives cut the product into strips, and finally the cross-cut knives cut the product into cubes (dices).
The combinations of the tools at these three cutting points allow for a very high flexibility and variety in cutting sizes and shapes.
• A wide variety of cuts can be produced in cubes, strips and slices by changing the blades and/or spindle and adjusting the cutting range of the slice blade.
• All food contact points, frame and casing sheets are made of AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel.
