The machine is suitable to cut the clusters (declustering) and for the pre-snipping of the green beans. It is composed of a drum externally formed of sections, in plastic material with straight line or waved line slots in the full length of drum. It is equipped with internal divider rings with cluster hooking slots and declustering discs slots in the full length of drum. Processing Capacity: up to 1,5-2 tons/hr of green bean (depends on kind of product, cluster ratio and feeding efficiency) •Drum crated by 594pcs of plastic segments (18pcs as circular * 33pcs as longitudinal) and stainless steel divider rings between plastic segments. Each plastic segment `s width is 55mm. •Plastic segments made of polycarbonate. •Diameter 1280mm drum rotates on the Polyurethane covered wheels. •75 or 84 triangular cutting knives. •Motorised 16 pcs of declustering discs made in plastic material. •Chassis construction in AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel. •Construction are made of AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel excepted head and tail anti-corrodal aluminium drum rings and plastic segments. •Idle Cylindrical brush for cleaning of drum. •Water spray tubes for both drum and lower sluice. •Drum driven by an helical geared reducer and motor. •Declustering discs driven by an electrical motor and a geared reducer. •Overall Dimensions (L*W*H): 335cm * 188cm * 250cm •Net Weight: approx. 1226 kg
