It is used for cutting the ends of bean with 53 knives and drum diameter:1280mm model. Processing Capacity: up to 1000 kgs/h of manually harvested (handpicked) green bean at each but depends on kind of product and feeding efficiency. • Drum diameter is 1280mm. • Plastic segments of drum are made of polycarbonate. • 53 or 63 pieces of triangular cutting knives. • Polyurethane covered wheels. • ~4,8mm or ~6,2mm crinkled plastic segments drum. • Chassis construction in AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel. • Product contact points are AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel excepted head and tail anti-corrodal aluminium drum rings and plastic segments. • Bottom half of drum outside is covered by AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel guard plates. • Internal Divider Rings made of AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel. • Water spray for drum. • Driven by an electrical motor and a helical geared reducer, 380 V, 50 Hz., 3 phases, 1,1 kw. • Overall Dimensions (L*W*H) - : 304cm * 175cm * 235cm (-70mm ; +70mm ) • Net Weight : approx. 653 kg.
