Description

It is continuous vacuum rotary coil evaporator used for paste, sauce and fruit puree evaporation. Part of the main evaporator, condenser comes from the platform portion and formed. Main evaporator section made from AISI 304 stainless steel, Condenser and the platform made from mild steel, painted. Main Evaporator underneath a conical transition to rotary spiral tubular steam coil in the “U” shaped cup “Boiling Department” what is connected. Serpentine is driven by a chain-sprocket mechains and a motorreducer. Serpentine chamber`s both flanges` the inner surface made of stainless steel and the outer surface made of mild steel, painted. There is a monopump connected to under of this U cup and this pump circulate product. A pair of vacuum pump, a condensate discharge pump is included. Automatic line type refractometer and solids (brix) when measuring the desired value can be automatically controlled to ensure product output will be three-port valve. transmitter differential pressure level control will be performed. Product main inlet valve actuator will be proportional. by adding the proportional steam valve to steam inlet steam supply will be controlled proportionally. Vacuum solenoid or pneumatic solenoid valve will be set to evacaution. Condenser water inlet pneumatic actuated butterfly valve is added. Two different capacities models can be provided as up to 4 tons/hr and 8 tons/hr of water evaporation capacity.
