HOLDING TANK It`s used for holding and heating of Jam discharged from vacuum cooker while feeding of filling machine. Horizontal inclined tank. It has a low speed horizontal mixer. It has special automatic level controlled draining system for homogeniously granular filling of jam with whole fruits. Construction in AISI 304 Cr-Ni completely. Three different volumed models are 700 lt, 1000 lt, 1300 lt. Manhole cover is on top of the tank. DN32 product discharge valve at the bottom. Steam jacketted. Electrical control panel will be assembled on the tank as optional. Saturated Steam Consumption: approx. 250 kg/h (P: 1,5bar) Manually controlled steam valve, safety valve, steam trap and manometer.
