RCV coaxial helical gearboxes (RCV - CV series) are inline gear units available in multiple sizes for one-, two- and three-stage reductions. One-stage sizes: 141, 191, 241, 281, 381. Two-/three-stage sizes: 162, 202A, 200, 250A, 250, 300A, 300, 350, 450, 550, 580, 600.

Input / Versions
Units are available with IEC input flange (RCV) for IEC motors or with a solid input shaft (CV). NEMA-compatible input flanges/shafts are available as options.

ATEX compliance
Gearboxes can be supplied for use in potentially explosive atmospheres compliant with ATEX 2014/34/EU; ratings available II 2GD T4 – 3GD T4.

Configuration
Multiple configuration types and input/output options are supported (illustrative configuration images available). A 3D configuration manager allows preview and customization of CAD models.
