Adjustable mechanical variator RGAE

Description
The RGAE variable pulley system is a modular transmission solution where a double-pulley drive with a wide V-belt is integrated into a symmetrical housing. The design enables modular assembly ranging from individual drive elements to a connection-ready compact variable gear unit. Spindle and angle adjustment are available with disc-type or graduated handwheels for precise speed control. Speed indicators (analog or digital) and tachometers can be fitted.

Assembly and mounting
Three-phase motors and reduction gears conforming to IEC can be mounted directly in both U and Z configurations. On the output side, each assembly can be supplied with two-bearing input and output shafts in flange design. This shaft arrangement also provides the input for reduction gears with IEC hollow-shaft connection. A gear pedestal is available for every size.

ATEX certification
The RGAE systems can be supplied for use in potentially explosive atmospheres in accordance with ATEX 2014/34/EU: II 2GD T4 – 3GD T4.
