Plate heater is a machine which is only used for heating process on certain products.lt is designed with hot water circulation base for prevention from direct contact of steam with product So, product is not exposed to extreme high temperatures and there is no loss of proteins. An automated systems hould be preferred. Generaly, PID type system is used. A balance tank can be used in system as an option. As the entire system is mounted on single chasis it is easy to carry and to set up.
