Overview
The Tyco® Model TAV‑W is an automatic air vent designed for wet pipe fire sprinkler systems. It vents trapped air and oxygen to help reduce internal corrosion, can improve water delivery time and help reduce false water flow alarms. Brass components give improved resistance in areas subject to external corrosion. A high‑visibility pressure gauge is readable from approximately 30 feet to confirm status.
