DESCRIPTION
The SC 500 is an automatic continuous side-seal wrapper engineered to pack a wide range of single products and multipacks of variable lengths. It processes shrinkable and non-shrink films and can operate in continuous or intermittent (pack-by-pack) mode. Motorized adjustments and simple regulation allow quick format changes without tools. Side sealing avoids top and bottom seals to maximise product visibility. Control is provided by an industrial PC with a 5" touch screen for format memory, parameter setting and diagnostics.

BASIC EQUIPMENT

• Continuous in-line conveyor feeding with product separation and manual width adjustment.
• Motorized 90º reel holder with adjustable mechanical perforation and end-of-film detection.
• Side seal by heated rollers with temperature control and hot-knife cross seal with height adjustment.
• Motorized triangle former height and retractable infeed belt for easier film loading and changeover.
• Automatic film waste rewinder, film distribution device and film break detection; "no product - no bag" function.
• Industrial PC control with 5" touch screen, up to 100 product format memories and operation diagnostics.
• Protections and safety systems compliant with CE regulations.
