DESCRIPTION
Inline automatic sleeve wrapper ULMA, model EPB. Modular design for shrink-sleeve wrapping of grouped products at a single height. The machine works with two flat film rolls sealed transversely; full closure of the pack is not required.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT

• Maximum product height: 350 mm.
• Production: up to 1,080 units/hour (depending on product and film).
• Powered infeed conveyor with speed regulation for automatic loading.
• Powered reel holders (top and bottom).
• Sealing and cutting by hot clamp with electronic temperature control; low maintenance.
• Safety system integrated in the sealing clamp to protect operator and product.
• Pneumatic presser on the outfeed table to hold product during seal/cut.
• Powered outfeed conveyor with speed regulation.
• Option to use cardboard plate.
• Simple-use control panel for all machine functions.
