IRO Stella G2 provides precise speed regulation with low power consumption using a mechanical sensor system combined with permanent magnet motor technology. The design supports medium-speed ranges for modern weaving machines and retrofit replacement for older machines.

Application
IRO Stella G2 / Laser G2 are intended for weft feeding on modern and legacy weaving machines. All units use permanent magnet motors for reduced energy consumption and consistent torque. They support S-flex combined balloon control and integrated tension devices.

• Quick release: releases the brushring holder in one turn for rapid handling after yarn break or for fast replacement of braking elements.
• Easy balloon adjustment: adjustable knob for precise brushring positioning, operable while the feeder is running.
• Brush ring / Flex holder: robust design for S-flex, flex brakes, brushrings and lamella tensioner operation.
• Permanent magnet motor: maintenance-free permanent magnet motor delivering low energy use, low operating temperature and high torque across speeds.
• Spool body: surface-treated spool body designed to handle a wide range of yarns, ensuring optimal yarn take-off tension and minimal dust generation.
• Soft spool body seal: prevents dust and lint ingress into ball bearings.
• Separation setting: stepless yarn separation adjustment without tools.
• Mechanical sensor system: improved sensor system for optimal tension control with integrated yarn break detection.
• S/Z Switch: sets winding direction and activates standby mode.
