Description

Metal Countersunk Hinge Metal Countersunk Hinges have a strong and durable build, with an attractive and compact appearance. They are suitable for a wide range of hinge applications. The holes on either leaf of the hinge are countersunk in order to keep the fixings flush to the hinge. The spacing between the mounting holes makes this perfect for use with 25mm and 30mm Aluminium profile extrusion. Metal Countersunk Hinges are used for doors and gates for enclosures and machines. The Metal Countersunk Hinges come in two sizes. The large Metal Counter Sunk Hinge measures 50mm x 50mm when open, with a hole distance of 30mm x 30mm. The Hinge also has a plate thickness of 6mm and an open thickness of 12mm. The large hinge comes with mounting holes measuring 6.4mm in diameter. The small Metal Countersunk Hinge measures 40mm x 40mm when open, with a hole distance of 25mm x 25mm. The Hinge also has a plate thickness of 5mm and an open thickness of 10mm. The Metal Countersunk Hinges come in powder coated black. They are made from Die Cast Zinc and has a 316 Stainless Steel Pin.
