This Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Door Hinge has a height of 82mm and width of 184mm. The 6mm square bores are spaced out by a height of 45mm and a width of 92mm. The maximum Axial load that each Hinge can withstand is 750N / 75kg and the maximum Radial load that each Hinge can withstand is 400N / 40kg. The recommended tightening torque for each Hinge is 2.5Nm and the approximate shear force per screw is 0.5kN. This Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Door Hinge is a durable and strong hinge suitable for large, bulky doors with high resistance to weathering and corrosion. It has countersunk square bore holes and a removable pin feature to easily remove doors, gates or hatches without having to detach the hinge leaf from other components. This Hinge also has a larger asymmetric leaf to provide a larger surface area for attaching to larger doors and gates.
