The Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Door Hinges have countersunk square bore holes for use with countersunk bolts or screws. The hinge has the unique feature of having a removable pin, allowing the door, gate or hatch to be quickly removed without having to be unattached from the hinge. Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Door Hinges can be used for doors, gates, and hatches on machinery or any outdoor use. The Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Door Hinge with Removable Pin is available in a 82mm x 92mm size, with vertical hole distances of 45mm and open horizontal hole distances of 60mm. The holes are 6mm square bores. This Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Hinge is made from 304 Stainless Steel with an electrolytic polished finish. This Hinge can widstand a radial load of 400N and an axial load of 750N. The reccomended tightenting torque is 2.5Nm. We also offer a Strap Hinge variant.
