Product overview
The IQ series is a rotary lobe pump series designed for cost-effective operation, simplified maintenance and high availability. The single-piece, removable pump housing and modular components enable fast on-site servicing while the pump remains installed.

Design and principle
IQ pumps use pulsation-free HiFlo rotary lobes and an InjectionSystem that increases tolerance to foreign matter and dry running. The single-component pump housing can be removed with a few movements, providing direct access to pumping elements without dismantling the piping.

Features

• Quality Cartridge: factory-assembled cartridge mechanical seal for quick, error-free replacement of the shaft seal.
• HiFlo rotary lobes: ensure pulsation-free pumping, improved suction and extended drive and coupling life.
• Integrated power reserve: larger lobes and covers can be fitted to increase capacity by up to ~40% without major modifications.
• QuickService: lobes, seal and wear plates replaceable on-site without removing the pump, reducing downtime.

Models

• IQ112 — Universal rotary lobe pump. Capacities up to 78 m3/h and pressures up to 7 bar. Suited for difficult media such as primary sludge and media with coarse solids.
• IQ152 — High-capacity rotary lobe pump. Capacities up to 154 m3/h and pressures up to 7 bar. Designed for wastewater treatment and industrial applications requiring high availability.

Options

• Materials: standard abrasion-resistant gray cast iron; available in ADI and stainless steel; pump chamber components on request in duplex steel or nickel-based alloys.
• Surface treatments and wear-resistant coatings for wear plates and housing components.
• ATEX-compliant versions available for explosive atmospheres.
