Mobile washing/filling station FillMaster

The FillMaster is your ideal partner for filling tankers fast and easy with liquid manure. It puts an end to complicated connection and disconnection of the hoses. The tanker is simply filled from above via a T-System column or connecting piece. We offer the tank filling station FillMaster as a mobile or stationary tank filling solution. The mobile FillMaster can be transported quickly from one location to another via a three-point base that can be transported by any tractor. This variant of the tank filling system is equipped with a Vogelsang rotary lobe pump of the VX series. The stationary FillMaster can either be combined with a rotary lobe pump of the VX series or with the Vogelsang PowerFill. Optionally, it can be supplemented with the RotaCut wet macerator with an integrated heavy material separator. This prevents that stones or other foreign matters get into the tank. It is generally powered via the PTO shaft. The FillMaster S is the stationary tank filling station by Vogelsang. Attached to tanks or digesters, it fills tankers directly. The filling connector with double telescope can be lowered manually or electrically (optional). This simplifies and accelerates the process immensely. On request, we can equip this unit with a wireless or cabled control unit. This means that the vehicle can simply drive under the filling connector and the filling process can be started conveniently from the driver’s cab. It can be equipped with a rotary lobe pump from the VX series or a PowerFill. We also offer various drive options. The FillMaster M is the mobile tank filling station by Vogelsang.
