Overview
The FillMaster is a tank filling station for fast, ergonomic filling of slurry tankers from storage tanks or digesters. Available as FillMaster S (stationary) or FillMaster M (mobile), it eliminates time‑consuming hose coupling by using a double‑telescope filling connector and offers multiple pump and drive options for agricultural and biogas applications.

FillMaster S (stationary)
The stationary FillMaster S is mounted on tanks or digesters and fills tankers directly via a double‑telescope filling connector that can be lowered manually or electrically (optional). Remote start is possible with wireless or cabled controls, enabling filling from the vehicle cab. Pump options include rotary lobe pumps (VX series) or PowerFill. Depending on configuration, flow rates up to 11,000 l/min are achievable.

FillMaster M (mobile)
The mobile FillMaster M is mounted on a three‑point frame and is transported by tractor, typically driven via the PTO shaft. It is usually fitted with a VX series rotary lobe pump and includes a heavy material separator to prevent stones and foreign matter entering the tanker. Two filling methods are offered: tanker‑side filling via hose with Perrot coupling or top filling via riser pipe with boom.
