Overview
The SynCult upgrade kit enables direct incorporation of liquid manure during tillage on cultivators and disc harrows. The kit includes a mounting adapter, precision distributors, and a complete DN50 hose layout to reduce field passes, improve nutrient placement and optimise operational efficiency.

How it improves soil cultivation
SynCult places liquid manure directly at the coulter working point, limiting nutrient losses by evaporation and ensuring nutrients enter the soil profile immediately. Even distribution across the working width improves nutrient availability for the following crop and reduces the need for separate slurry passes.

• Adapter frame: connects tillage unit to precision distributor; hot-dip galvanised for corrosion resistance
• Precision distributors: DosiMat DMX for working widths ≤ 7 m; ExaCut for units > approx. 8 m; distribution coefficient < 5% for uniform delivery
• Liquid manure outlet pipes: mounted at the coulter blade to deposit slurry directly into the soil
• Optimised hose layout: discharge hoses cut to similar lengths so manure reaches soil nearly simultaneously across the width, avoiding V-shaped distribution
• Complete DN50 hose kit included
• Flexible working widths available: approx. 4 m to 12 m
• Compatibility: adaptable to major tillage brands (examples: Amazone, Horsch, Köckerling, Lemken)
