Overview
The DosiMat DMX is a hydraulically operated cutting and dosing precision distributor designed for liquid manure. Product enters from above and a flow-optimized rotor evenly distributes the volume to the outlets. Fibrous material and foreign objects are reliably shredded by integrated cutting blades. The rotor geometry provides outstanding distribution accuracy and supports a wide range of spreading capacities without mechanical conversion. The overall design emphasizes maintainability and quick service access.

Operation
The rotor channels the product uniformly to each outlet while cutting blades reduce fibrous components and obstructions. The flow-optimized rotor contour together with the patented membrane secures consistent air flow and precise dosing at both small and large volumes. Housing features reduce the number of hex-head screw plugs, allow quick opening and simplify rotor maintenance.
