This PoE+ switch features up to 8-port PSE (power sourcing equipment) ports with plug and play features to provide power to all the powered devices (PDs) as soon as they are connected. The fiber ports allow noise-free Gigabit Ethernet transmission for fast recovery, reliable and long-distance to other switches or the control center. To keep a stable transmission of video and data the device uses rate limitation and QoS (Quality of Service) and prioritizes industrial applications using protocols like EIP, PROFINET, and GOOSE. The device allows users to change data priority and speed settings pushing the DIP switch.This switch is built with industrial grade components, enclosed in an IP30 aluminum case with high thermal conductivity to protect the device from tools and hazards. The wide input power range from 24V to 57V enables the device to operate in many substation applications without extra power outlet installation needed. To ensure reliability the redundant power supply and alarm relay contact on the terminal block ensures non-stop operations and issues alerts if power fails. Designed to withstand vibration, shock, free fall, and temperatures ranging from -40°C~75°C (-40°F~167°F) it suits demanding environments. Features High-Power Budget for PoE Devices: Compliant with PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at), the switch supplies 30W per each PoE port, for a 240W total power budget and allows simple “plug and play” PoE for various types of high power-consuming PoE devices. Robust Electrical and Electromagnetic Safeguard: Engineered to withstand EMI (electromagnetic interference), ESD (Electrostatic discharge), power surge, over-voltage, over current, and reverse polarity. Power Input: 6-pin terminal block with alarm alert in case of power failure. Fiber Connectivity with Dual SFP Ports: Dual Gigabit SFP ports for expansion of fiber-based daisy chain topology.
