TDF shredder machine has been designed for tire, car tire, bicycle tires, motorcycle tires, truck tires, engineering tires, Car Tires, Truck Tires, Passenger Tires, Agricultural Tires, Tractor Tires, Off-Road Tires (OTR), Forklift Tires, Mining Equipment Tires, Aircraft Tires and etc. TDF Shredder Machine Description: Since the waste tires still have a high thermal value, 25% higher than the coal, even in the case of sulfur, nitrogen oxides, metals and volatiles, their thermal values are not different. It is also much lower than fuel such as coal, petroleum coke. During the treatment of the tire, we need to take the tire to 50-150 mm through the tire shredder machine and separate it as a derivative fuel. In power plants, the cement plant is relatively wide. The TDF shredder machine system is designed to produce up to 1.2-10 tons per hour of TDF. TDF systems produce a 25mm to 152mm(1”-6”) rubber chip, which is used as a coal additive for industrial boilers. Many of these facilities are turning to TDF because it burns hotter and cleaner than coal and is more cost-effective. Rough shreds can be outputted for use or processed further to remove steel from the rubber resulting in Wire-free TDF. This plant is made of two main parts: double shaft shredder and screen. Why shred to produce TDF? There was a time when alternative fuel production was only considered by market leaders with vast budgets to invest, or a particularly transparent environmental agenda to drive. But as demand has increased, more firms are entering the lucrative Waste to the energy market. Thankfully, technological innovation means the process is far simpler – and more profitable – than it has ever been.
