The HDPE pipe shredder machine is a single shaft shredder type, highly efficient for shredding waste plastic pipes such as HDPE, PVC, and PPR pipes. It can also shred plastic drums, barrels, and containers. The machine features a vertical movable feeding hopper ensuring full material loading to the rotating rotor for high output. The shredder is driven by a motor, causing the internal blade or rotor to rotate at high speed, utilizing impact, shear, and tearing forces to crush waste high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes into small pieces or fragments. These fragments can be recycled and converted into various environmentally friendly building materials, composite materials, or other products. In combination with other WANROOETECH size reduction equipment such as granulators and pulverizers, a complete turnkey solution is provided. The single shaft HDPE pipe shredder, also known as a vertical single shaft pipe shredder, is designed for shredding various types of pipes and tubes, including PE, PVC, PP, ABS pipes, rubber tubes, and long paper cores. The machine features a hydraulic ram that pushes the pipes closer to the cutting rotor for thorough and efficient shredding. The hydraulic ram pressure and timing can be tailored to suit different materials. The shredder consists of rotary and stationary cutters working together to complete the shredding process. The rotor's four edges can be used in turn for long service, with different rotor configurations available to meet different material requirements. Operation is straightforward, with the machine working fully automatically under AUTO mode. The cutting rotor can automatically reverse if material gets stuck in the shredding chamber.
