Working Principle The working principle of a metal bucket shredder is based on the power provided by an electric motor, which is transmitted to the spindle through transmission components to drive the movable jaw to swing at high frequencies. At the same time, the shredder blade rotates and works together with the fixed jaw to shear, squeeze, and tear the input metal material, thereby achieving fine crushing of the material. After screening through a sieve, fragments of different particle sizes are discharged from the bottom of the equipment, completing the entire crushing process. Metal Bucket Shredder Description: Metal bucket shredder allows to downsize a whole metallic drum with covers and liners. A steel drum shredder can load a steel drum at a time, shred within 20 seconds, and produce 40mm-wide metal stripes. An optional veritcal pusher can lock and feed a steel drum against the crushing chamber.
