Description
The GDC-J series Electromagnetic High Vacuum angle Valve is a high performance device which can turn on or cut off the vacuum airflow in the vacuum pipeline when by electromagnetic drive.
a) With an good control circuit, the temperature from the solenoid coils less than 50°degree;
b) A counter-top atmosphere functions;
c) Superior performance of a wide range of power supply: low voltage start, low voltage is maintained, for 50Hz / 60Hz power supply can be applied;
d) On – off operation time is short than <1 seconds, working frequency is up to 6 times / min;
As a on - off control valve using, usually mounted on the control node vacuum path;
As an air gas valve using, can shorten the air charging time, usually adopt to automatic control.
