Description
GDQ pneumatichigh vacuum angle valve is an electro-pneumatic valve controlled for turn on or shut off the vacuum airflow,the applicable media is air and non-corrosive gases.
It has two structures, one is (GDQ-J) angle type and another is (GDQ-S) a tee type within an ISO-KF or flange end pre-pump port.
Can design as customers’ requirement make with straight through type(GDQ-Z), normally the pneumatic cylinder is with a solenoid valve to control the flow direction; the signal feedback device like reed switch isoptionaldevice.
