Description
GQC-5 electromagnetic high vacuum gas charging valve is operated by a solenoid valve to do gas-charging for vacuum system. Have simple structure, stable operation, reliable sealing and coils temperature low power work long hours and so on.
a) Normally-open and normally closed two forms for users to choose.
b) Connection can be ISO-KF16 or KF25, only used for bypass of the vacuum system (such as vacuum piping, vacuum chamber, etc.)
