CharacteristicsThe heater can be supplied with an optional built-in K-type thermocouple for direct temperature measurement, improving responsiveness during fast thermal cycles and supporting safe control and monitoring.
Fast Heating and CoolingThe high thermal conductivity of the AlN substrate enables rapid temperature changes. Material properties and a high power density design support thermal ramp rates up to 150°C/s.
Excellent Electrical PerformanceStrong insulating properties and voltage resistance are maintained at elevated temperatures, enabling reliable operation in demanding electrical environments.
