Overview
INNOVACERA®’s MCH ceramic heater for hair straighteners is a compact alumina-based heating element with an integrated resistance circuit, engineered for fast and stable heating in flat irons and other hair styling appliances requiring rapid thermal response and uniform surface temperature.

Design and Construction
The resistance circuit is formed on ceramic layers, laminated and co-fired with the alumina substrate to create an integrated heater. Compared with conventional wire-wound solutions, this embedded structure reduces component thickness, supports higher power density and improves thermal response time.
