MS6S series 100-flange servo motor designed for high responsiveness, reduced winding temperature rise and enhanced protection. Power range 1.0 kW–1.5 kW. Compatible with DS5 series servo motors. Standard 17-bit absolute encoder. Optional features include power-off brake, oil seal and B2 small aviation plug interface for humid or oily environments. Protection rating up to IP66.

• Low temperature rise: electromagnetic optimization reduces reactive power loss, lowering winding temperature rise by approximately 15–20 °C compared with the MS5 series; frequent start/stop and reversing further limit temperature increase under overload.
• High protection level: MS6S-100 flange models can achieve up to IP66.
• Flexible configuration: options for power-off brake, oil seal and B2 small aviation plug connector to improve durability in humid or oily conditions.
