Overview
MS6H series 180 flange servo motor designed for industrial motion control applications. Low temperature rise and reduced noise with an expanded overspeed capability. Power range 3.0 kW–7.5 kW. Compatible with DS5 series servo motors.

• Low temperature rise and low noise: Electromagnetic design optimization reduces reactive power loss and lowers winding temperature rise by approximately 15–20 °C compared with MS5 series.
• Wider overspeed range: Can exceed the nominal speed limit by up to 3000 rpm (about 20% higher than MS5 series).
• Improved protection: Protection rating up to IP67 for enhanced resistance in harsh environments.
• High‑precision positioning: Optional absolute encoders available in 17‑bit, 19‑bit or 23‑bit resolutions.
• Flexible configuration: Optional power‑off brake, oil seal and, for small powers, optional B2 small aviation plug interface for durability in humid and oily environments.
