YOEC single-frequency narrow-linewidth laser module provides a coherent single-frequency output for high-precision photonics applications requiring stable wavelength, ultra-narrow linewidth and low phase noise. Typical performance includes linewidth <3 kHz (typ. 2 kHz), center wavelength 1550.12 nm (tunable 1530–1565 nm, ITU-T ±40 pm) and typical output power 13 dBm (CW). Compact, low-power design and multiple packaging options enable straightforward integration into sensing, communication and research systems.
