Product DescriptionThe HD35 Handheld Dual-Channel Optical Module Test System is YOEC's third-generation portable testing platform designed for fiber optic gyroscope (FOG) optical modules and fiber coil assemblies. Combining a closed-loop FOG architecture with dual wavelengths (1310 nm and 1550 nm), HD35 delivers precise bias measurement, angular rate output and integrated performance evaluation. The unit accepts direct connector or fusion-splice connection to the fiber coil module and enables immediate testing without complex calibration. The system integrates a compact industrial computer with Windows 11 and dedicated test software, multiple optical/electrical interfaces and a lightweight handheld enclosure optimized for laboratory, production and field use.

Working PrincipleThe HD35 uses a closed-loop fiber optic gyroscope architecture to evaluate fiber coil modules. When the test coil is connected to the instrument, the platform drives the optical/electronic system to generate angular rate outputs and to measure parameters such as bias stability, temperature sensitivity and environmental performance. The dual-channel design lets operators select 1310 nm or 1550 nm according to coil characteristics to optimize measurement accuracy and flexibility.
