Description

Product Description
The MT153 Three-Axis High-Precision Optical Module Test System (FMTS-II) is designed for bias stability testing of 1550 nm Fiber Optic Gyroscope (FOG) fiber coil modules (fiber coil assemblies). The system adopts the technical architecture of a three-axis high-precision interferometric digital closed-loop fiber optic gyroscope, integrating complete electronic and optical subsystems. By fusion splicing or connecting the pigtails of the fiber coil module to the system, angular rate data output and bias testing can be directly performed. The test accuracy is better than 0.0005 °/h, and the system supports fiber coil lengths ranging from 700 m to 10,000 m. The chassis integrates a switching power supply and voltage regulation circuit, enabling direct operation with a 220 VAC power source. The front panel is equipped with status indicators, optical fiber jumpers, temperature sensor interfaces, Y-waveguide modulation ports, and various other interfaces. The system communicates with a computer via a standard USB interface and includes dedicated test software for automatic data acquisition, calculation, and storage. Users can configure parameters such as fiber coil length, scale factor, test duration, and averaging times through the software interface.
