The batching tank, also known as the mixing tank or batching bucket,
is of an upper-opening and lower-sloping-bottom three-layer structure.
It has the functions of automatic temperature control, insulation, and stirring.
It features fast heat transfer, wide adaptability to temperature differences, and convenient cleaning.
It is widely used in industries such as food (dairy), pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, beverages, oils, chemicals, and pigments as intermediate buffers, liquid storage, stirring, blending equipment (in a state where the materials do not need to be heated and can be mixed evenly,
this equipment is the most economical and practical), heating, mixing and blending, or sterilization treatment.




1.It is particularly suitable for small and medium-scale trials in units without steam heat sources and research institutions. It can also adopt a fully enclosed structure or an insulation structure as per process requirements. 
Volume: 50l, 100l, 200l, 300l, 500l, 600l, 1000l to 30000l. 




2. Heating method: Electric heating rods are inserted into the jacket for uniform heating without any cold areas. The jacket is filled with heat-conducting oil or water as the heating medium, generating heat energy to heat the materials inside the tank. 




3. Heating temperature of the materials: ≤ 350; Heating time of the materials: 20 minutes to 90 minutes (depending on process requirements). 




4. Temperature Control: The temperature is measured using an electrical thermocouple and connected to the temperature control unit for monitoring and control (temperature difference ± ≤ 1C). The material temperature can be adjusted. The temperature control unit is installed in the electrical control box, and the temperature transmission rod extends directly to the bottom of the tank, ensuring that the temperature can be indicated even when the liquid reaches the lowest position. 




5. Tank body: The inner surface is treated with mirror polishing, with a roughness of ra ≤ 0.4 μm. 




6. Top cover: It consists of two hinged movable covers, facilitating cleaning. The inner and outer surfaces are treated with mirror finish polishing (roughness ra ≤ 0.4 μm). 




7. Inner tank bottom structure: It is formed by spinning processing into an R-shaped angle, which is welded and polished with the inner tank body. There are no dead corners and it is inclined by 5 towards the discharge port, facilitating the complete removal of materials without any residue.
